A very fine antique French Edwardian brooch, dating circa 1910, made in 18ct yellow gold with a Platinum top. Beautifully handcrafted with delicate openwork and set throughout with glistening rose cut diamonds, bordered with fine millegrain. This rectangular brooch is framing a crown of abundance with fleur-de-lis motifs. Fleur-de-lis, known as Lilly or Iris flower has been a popular symbol of an ancient flower from which new life springs forth. It is in excellent condition with crisp French hallmarks.
