Shipping policy
We offer free worldwide express shipping on all our orders. We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase. All parcels are fully insured and shipped using trusted delivery services. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped and a signature will be required on delivery. For international orders please be aware of import duty, and/or sale tax, VAT on delivery. We don’t charge sale tax or VAT on any orders.
UK Shipping
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail- Special Delivery 1PM, arriving by the next working day.
International Shipping
International orders are sent via DHL Express International, arriving in 3-7 business days, subject to custom clearance.
International Customs & Duties:
We're based in the UK. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and fees payable upon receipt in their country of residence. Items over 100 years old will be declared as “Antique over 100 years old, with HTS code 9706. Most countries offer a reduced tariff when importing Antiques. Import fees will be collected by DHL in advance and before delivery.
US Tariffs
The US Customs now charges a 10% "Reciprocal Tariff" on all parcels coming in from the UK, including Antiques and parcels below $800. We don’t collect sale tax on any orders. Sale tax will be collected by customs.
Parcels over $2500: US customs will require a SS# and ID to clear higher value parcels. DHL will request this information from you directly.
Orders where the parcel is returned due to non-payment of international duties/customs charges or refusal to provide SS# will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
EU Tariffs
EU countries charge VAT on imports from the UK. The rates vary from country to country and Antiques over 100 years old are charged at a reduced rate. Please check with your country customs website for relevant rates.
Please Note
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and deliveries will require a signature on delivery therefore it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address.
