Refund policy

We offer an easy return policy. If you wish to return an item please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and be prepared to ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.

Items are to be returned in their original condition with the original gift box and protective packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and all returns must be sent fully insured with tracking and signature on delivery.

Return Process

Contact us to begin the return process. You will  be provided with a return address and further instructions regarding shipping and international customs.

On receipt of the item in the same condition as it was sold, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 7 working days.

UK Returns

Please return your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (this service includes tracking and 
insurance). Please include the correct insurance amount for the value of the parcel.

International Returns

All returns must be sent via DHL Express, fully insured with tracking and signature on delivery. We can't provide a refund for any items sent back to us uninsured or untracked if they become lost or damaged in transit.

Non Returnable Items

Rings that have been resized and layaway items cannot be returned.
